Product Overview
Fabric-wrapped fiberglass panels are the default architectural absorber where appearance matters as much as performance: a rigid 6–7 PCF fiberglass core (about 96–112 kg/m³) provides the porous absorption, while a bonded acoustically transparent fabric face turns the panel into a finish surface available in dozens of colors and textures. At 25–50 mm thickness, typical NRC lands around 0.90–1.05, and adding an air gap behind the panel extends absorption downward into the low-mid frequencies. Edge detail — square, mitered or beveled — plus concealed impaling clips or Z-clips gives a continuous, hardware-free look on walls and ceilings. Fire compliance is achieved through matched fabric and core combinations (ASTM E84 Class A or EN 13501 B-s1,d0 are the usual targets), and the manufacturer should supply test reports for the exact fabric specified. Plants listed here build to architects’ panel schedules, including shaped panels, printed fabric faces and curved surfaces.
