Fabric is a nylon-spandex blend at 220–280 gsm with true four-way stretch and squat-proof opacity, knitted seamless to eliminate chafe points at hips and inner thighs. Programs cover high-waist, crossover and scrunch styles in sizes XS–3XL, with custom Pantone dyeing per colorway and buyer-specific grading for EU or US size charts. With knitting, dyeing and finishing under one roof, repeat-order lead times stay at 25–35 days and small-batch trials of 300–500 pieces per color are workable for new brands testing the market.
