Product Overview
FKM O-rings — the generic equivalent of Viton — are specified wherever fuels, aggressive oils and solvents rule out standard elastomers, from automotive fuel systems to chemical processing. The manufacturers listed here mold FKM from 70 to 90 Shore A in AS568 and metric sizes, with A, B and F type compounds plus GLT/GFLT low-temperature grades for cold-climate equipment. Service range spans -20°C to 200°C. In-house compounding and post-curing deliver stable compression set performance, and batch certificates referencing ASTM D2000 are issued as standard. Custom sizes, special colors and per-drawing geometries are supported with prototype tooling in about 10–15 days.
